Congress Bureau and Marketing Organizations
The St. Petersburg State Budgetary Institution “Saint Petersburg Convention Bureau” is an institute for the development of the city's congress and exhibition industry established by the Government of St. Petersburg in the structure of the Committee for Tourism Development of St. Petersburg, responsible for promoting the city as an international communication platform and attracting significant business events to the city.

The Saint Petersburg Convention Bureau represents the city on the international meeting industry market, being the link between the initiators of business events and the city. Convention Bureau specialists provide Russian and international meeting organizers with complete and objective information about the congress and exhibition opportunities and the city’s hospitality industry opportunities at no cost. In close cooperation with the scientific and business communities of the city, the Saint Petersburg Convention Bureau participates in competitions of international associations to attract significant business events to St. Petersburg.
