From January 18 to 20, St. Petersburg will host the XII Eurasian Event Forum (EFEA) 2023. Over the course of three days, event industry leaders, business and incentive tourism experts will share insights and ideas.

"Mind Games" is the key theme of EFEA 2023. The game is the first thing a person learns in childhood. With its help, we learn the world, gain new experience. The game is a way of modeling, a way of predicting and a way of distraction from reality. On the one hand, the game is the highest form of research, and on the other hand, it is an opportunity for maneuvering and searching for alternatives. The game stays with us throughout life, but the rules become more complex and change frequently. How to learn to play by your own rules? How to choose the right strategy? How to unravel the opponent's tactics? How to find your game? We will discuss all this at the XII Eurasian Event Forum 2023.

The Forum program includes:

• three days of business program, master classes and practical sessions;
• presentation of equipment and services within the Event EXPO;
• Exchange of business contacts with pre-agreed business meetings;
• the annual award of the Russian event industry EFEA Awards;
• events for customers of the event industry within the framework of the Buyer program;
• event poster competition.

The organizer of the Eurasian Event Forum is the R&C Exhibition and Research Center. The event will be held under the patronage of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation and with the support of the Russian Convention Bureau, the Committee for Tourism Development of St. Petersburg, the Russian Union of Exhibitions and Fairs, the Association of Directors for Communications and Corporate Media of Russia, National Association of Event Organizers, Union of Exhibition Builders.
