The Russian Convention Bureau invites the members and partners of the Association to take part in the anniversary General Meeting of member companies of the Association "Russian Convention Bureau" and RCB events at the site of the XII Eurasian Event Forum (EFEA) in St. Petersburg.

The General Meeting of the Association will be held on January 20, 2023 at 14:30-16:00 at the address: St. Petersburg, Lodeynopolskaya, 5, Congress Center "PetroCongress". At the meeting, the results of the activities of the Association will be summed up, as well as a discussion of the vector of the activities of the RCB for the next period.

• I Congress of Regional Convention Bureaus. Joint event of the Russian Convention Bureau and the Convention and Exhibition Bureau of St. Petersburg
• Open joint meeting of the specialized section on the development of business and event tourism and the working group on territory marketing of the Expert Council of the State Duma Committee on Tourism and Tourism Infrastructure Development

• Session of the National Convention Bureau in the EFEA-2023 program

• V Anniversary Intellectual Games of the National Convention Bureau: the battle of teams for the title of intellectual leaders in the event industry
• Festive event "Silver Rabbit", dedicated to the 5th anniversary of the Association "National Convention Bureau"
