The General Assembly of member companies of the Russian Convention Bureau Association will be held at the site of the II Congress of Regional Convention Bureaux in Ekaterinburg on June 27, 2024 at the address: EXPO Boulevard, 2A, Ekaterinburg-EXPO IEC.

Participants of the Assembly will also be able to take part in the events of the business program of the Congress, organized by the Russian Convention Bureau with the support of the Government of the Sverdlovsk Region.

By tradition, an “informal” program is planned for the participants of the General Assembly:

• Evening reception on behalf of the Sverdlovsk region

• on-site excursion program to the Severskaya Blast Furnace Museum Complex

• And a visit to the Annual Music Festival in Yekaterinburg “Ural Music Night”
