The annual report of the Russian Convention Bureau was traditionally presented and approved by member companies of the Association at the January General Assembly which took place at the XIV Eurasian Event Forum (EFEA).

The annual report of the Russian Convention Bureau is not only a reporting document on the work done, but also a projection of the current state of the Russian event industry, the main results and trends, reflecting the changes and challenges that have a direct impact on it.

In his introductory remarks to the RCB Annual Report, Alexander Stuglev, Chairman of the Board of the Russian Convention Bureau and the Roscongress Foundation, and Director of the Roscongress Foundation, noted: 

"2024 was rich in events, congress and exhibition events were held at an increasing rate, and the geography of arriving participants and guests expanded. And, of course, the companies that are members and partners of the National Convention Bureau Association - organizers, operators, service and technology companies, venues and developers, regional representative offices and DMCs - contributed to their success."

In its Annual Report, the Russian Convention Bureau presents the companies that are members of the Association.

Also, by tradition, the RCB Annual Report presents the results of the “Rating of the Potential of Regions®© of Russia” for 2024, prepared by the Exhibition Research Center (VNIC) R&C.
