The annual report of the Russian Convention Bureau was traditionally presented and approved by member companies of the Association at the January General Assembly which took place at the Eurasian Event Forum (EFEA).

The annual report of the Russian Convention Bureau is not only a reporting document on the work done, but also a projection of the current state of the Russian event industry, the main results and trends, reflecting the changes and challenges that have a direct impact on it.

In his introductory remarks to the RCB Annual Report, Chairman of the Board, Director of the Roscongress Foundation, Chairman of the Board of the Russian Convention Bureau, Alexander Stuglev, noted: “The past year was vibrant with events, projects, activities and forums. Each of the RCB member companies has contributed to the common cause - the development of the congress and exhibition industry and business tourism.”

In its Annual Report, the Russian Convention Bureau presents the companies that are members of the Association within the framework of industry committees:

• Territory Marketing

• Event management

• Service and services

• Venues

• Information technology

Also, by tradition, the RCB Annual Report presents the results of the “Rating of the Potential of Regions®© of Russia” for 2023, prepared by the Exhibition Research Center (VNIC) R&C.
