The event was organized by the Russian Convention Bureau and the WTC Congress Center with the support of the Roscongress Foundation. Guests from among the representatives of partner companies, as well as members of the Russian Convention Bureau Association, were presented with all the capabilities of the new venue, which fully meets the requirements of the organizers of the most prestigious events.

Alexander Stuglev, Chairman of the Board of the Roscongress Foundation and the Russian Convention Bureau, Director of the Roscongress Foundation, noted: "We created this Multimedia Center with our partners and friends. It has absorbed all our best developments of today in congress activities so that we can use it and give our friends the opportunity to work in it."

Sergey Bazhenov, CEO of Visual Platform LLC, told the audience about all the advantages of the site. The Multimedia Center includes a space in the WTC (Krasnopresnenskaya Embankment, 12), which allows holding events of any profile and level of complexity - congress, exhibition, cultural, business, as well as a virtual studio containing a high-tech complex of multimedia technologies and equipment, a digital media HUB for connecting to regional and international teleconferences, advanced software and providing a full range of services from the creation of interactive graphic content to full technical support and post-production, directorial support and production. The Multimedia Center has the ability to connect to the infrastructure of the WTC congress halls, which allows for the integration of the center's technologies and resources into events.

Speaking to the guests, Director of the Russian Convention Bureau Sagid Zaremukov reminded that the Russian Convention Bureau membership packages include the option of free rental of the Roscongress Foundation Multimedia Center venue for holding the Association's member companies' own events, with the number of hours depending on the membership level.

Deputy General Director of PJSC WTC Vadim Subbotin and Director of the WTC Congress Center Darya Salamatova addressed the guests with welcoming remarks.

The theme of the evening, which took place at the new venue, was the synergy of business and art. Guests enjoyed a lecture by one of the leading experts in contemporary art, a cocktail bar, a buffet, and the opportunity to meet and socialize.
