On March 1, 2019, a cooperation agreement was signed between the Russian Convention Bureau and the All-Russian Children's Center "Ocean".

The main goal of the cooperation is the development of the event industry through career guidance of the younger generation. As part of the implementation of the agreement, it is planned to launch an educational program at the OCEAN Exhibition Center, as well as organize a thematic shift, in which children of members of the Russian Convention Bureau will be able to take part. Joint events are aimed at promoting the event industry and a professional approach to organizing events, stimulating the influx of innovative and creative ideas into the industry, as well as identifying and encouraging talented children, and supporting children's creativity.

The agreement was signed by Andrey Bazilevsky, Director of the "Ocean" Center, and Alexey Kalachev, Director of the Russian Convention Bureau.
